The Studio
A studio shaping objects in proportion to the home.
On origin
FORMEA was founded on a simple observation: the objects we provide for the animals we live with rarely answer to the rooms we've composed for ourselves.
On approach
We work from a small studio. One object at a time, drawn against the geometry of the interior — measured first, then made.
On making
Our first object, Wabi Linea, is woven in Porto from European flax. Future objects will arrive slowly, when they are ready.
